Managing Director
Monique Principi is the Managing Director for the Botstiber Institute for Wildlife Fertility Control. Prior to joining the Foundation, Monique worked at the Brookings Institution and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, D.C. She attended New York University.


BIWFC Europe Director
Dr. Giovanna Massei is the Director of BIWFC Europe at the University of York in the United Kingdom. Dr. Massei has worked in wildlife management for 30 years with 17 years in fertility control research. Prior to BIWFC Europe Dr. Massei served as Senior Ecologist, at the National Wildlife Management Centre of the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA), UK.


External Affairs Officer
Larry Green is the External Affairs Officer for the Botstiber Institute for Wildlife Fertility Control.  Larry brings 25+ years of experience in fundraising, having worked for a variety of non-profit organizations including the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations and Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.  Larry holds a Master’s Degree in Television-Radio from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Syracuse University; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications from Case Western Reserve University.


Communications Officer
Rose Lombardo is the Communications Officer for the Botstiber Institute for Wildlife Fertility Control. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a minor in Public Relations from Temple University. Prior to joining BIWFC Rose held communications positions at The Tatnall School, Devon Preparatory School and LaSalle University.

Eboni S. Strickland

Program Assistant
Eboni S. Strickland serves as the Program Assistant for the Botstiber Institute for Wildlife Fertility Control, bringing with her a wealth of experience in communications and client achievement. Currently she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications/Media from Indiana University of PA and specializes in persuasive writing and digital marketing. Having honed her skills through various positions in the industry, Eboni’s professional and academic background complements her role well.


Project Assistant
Claudia Milani-Santarpia Vargas is serving as a Project Assistant in the BIWFC Europe office at the University of York. Her main focus is to identify and contact organizations and individuals interested in applications of fertility control in Europe, in preparation for the BIWFC International Wildlife Fertility Control Workshop scheduled for June 17 and 18, 2024 at the University of York, in York, UK. Claudia graduated from the University of York with a First Class Honours BSc in Environmental Science.


Manager, Meetings and Events
Carolyn Rauch is the Meetings and Events Manager for the Botstiber Foundation. Carolyn has an extensive background in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry as a meeting, incentives, conference and event specialist. She holds an Advanced Certification in Event Planning and Healthcare Meeting Compliance. Her hobbies include crafting, interior design and gardening. Carolyn currently resides in Broomall, Pennsylvania.


Multimedia Production Specialist
Daniel Fullam is the Multimedia Production Specialist for the Botstiber Foundation. He is an Emmy award-winning producer with 15 years of experience in the industry. With a passion for storytelling and a talent for creating visually stunning content, he continues to push the boundaries of visual arts for many Fortune 500 Companies. Daniel specializes in a wide range of projects, including video production, audio design, graphic design, and  photography, and has a proven track record of creating engaging and effective multimedia content. He attended Temple University in the FMA Program.
